Note:

Turan GŸnes.
(i) Long speech (Alexander)
defensive about e.g. "individualism". Long term.
Details: Anti-Ecevit. Against coalition with Erbakan in 1974. Very hard to convince Europeans about the absence of desire of anyone (except Demirel) to go back to Sept 11. Since Parliament failed, no hurry to re-establish it.

Did not really say what next. Besin †stŸnrel arrived; he wants a "National Govt." for say 4 years after the next election.
They both condemned Ecevit for incompetence.
Generals (a) international pressure (b) army's own internal structure
(c) present economic policy is not the only one, and may be dangerous in time.
Turan a member of the Strasbourg Council of Europe Parliament; ends on 11 May. Besin †stŸnrel also.
