Proposal: ONLY Doc. & Prof. will be "members" and vote. So most METU staff would lose "membership" and be "gecici" without voting rights.
Still negotiating.
At all levels 2 candidates will be elected and 1 chosen from above.
Y..K. (Yk. g Kuruki) will decide everything at least in theory.
So NO autonomy, NO "democracy". Some want all deans and rectors appointed.
