Points
1. Was shy and awkward with okumus - found it cost him money. Decided not to be.
2. Wants a suitable non-vlg. wife. Plenty of offers. Has not decided.
3. A streak of nationalism, and idealism. Very indignant about the desertion of the rich.
4. Seems devoted to Mht.'s education.
