Very hard work because of hard times
High inflation and property tax -> no investment in houses
Cash very short -> no buyers -> unemployment and unused capacity.
No new beginnings. E.g. 2 arsa, no action. Lots of unsold flats and no cash. Still working on the holiday place at Mersin.
Minimum capacity 50 houses a year.
Still living with i(0237 Mehmet), no visible woman. Wants an English wife.
Plenty of friends in all directions; denied that it is all interested - genuine friendships.
