Diet and Health
This month diet in village still v. limited, e.g. coffee made only in i(0209 Ali ahin)'s and i(0039Hacahmet Aslan)'s 'oda'. Tea in muhtar's 'ev' on my 1st.

No eggs to speak of available up to 10/3/50. Milk brought to us in small quantities, and when it is the person says the cow is only giving a little. I'll try
to bring some more in 3 or 5 days' time. Children seem to keep going on bread throughout day - reason for so many tummy aches amongst the young ones? All have
v. swollen abdomens.
