Situated on hillside, southwest of Sakaltutan, 1 hour (imi) 3 - 4 hours from Talas.
Casual {gl: unskilled, amele} labour export, no tradesmen.
Stone houses, many two storeys
School, Eitmen, 40 pupils only.
No motor road ? Jeep
Water - bad, snow-water, wells and cisterns
Large pond for manda {gl : water buffalo}
Salk Evi, K.E. trainee due. {c: Part of the Ky Enstits progamme for village teachers included village health workers. The Salk Evi (Health House) was
built in preparation for the appointment of one of these}
Products - plenty of vegetables and kaysi
Grain only sold in Kayseri, Rye, Wheat and Barley. {gl: they export nothing but grain for sale}
