Location: Elba
Note:

Elba - Mustafa Aa's plan - reduce arable land to minimum, village lands would then support 50,000 animals - village would be rich "my grandfather, my
father, I have ploughed, and we have failed to become rich" - to buy in spring and sell in the autumn
[Question - would profit margin be great enough regularly?]
He is doing it on a small scale himself, he wants the whole village to be rich. To my suggestion that he should concentrate and enclose his 30 separate
strips of land (100 dnm) in one place behind a wall he objected that it meant buying and selling. The Baytar agreed with me.
