Haci mer (Klete) - Ekrek a large Christian (Rum) village with 300 houses or so removed - now 50 hane (muhacir {Turkish refugees from Bulgaria}). Fields divided
between Elbasi, Klete, Zek, Samagir, and still some left.
Haci mer said his fields still at Ardi, others said he had lost his right, claimed still to have tapu {gl : land title-deed}.
Still unploughed mera {pasture}, but one had to buy it from village; the only way to get into the village was to buy land or to marry in.
